Dreamseer

This picture is of Hinoto from X/1999. ^___^ I had so much fun drawing the hair; Hinoto is such a complex character. Beautiful too. [Not as pretty as Kamui though!!! xD]
Not much to say here except that this was done in pencil and then given a cheesy digital background. The ripple effects were done in iPhoto Plus 4 [some weird photo enhancing program]. And yes, I know that the markings on her forehead are usually red...but I like blue better. And I wanted it to contrast with the reddish background.
Yeah...this is just a filler deviation to tell you that I'm not dead. xD I'm currently working on a digital picture...which will hopefully be completed soon.
